With over four centuries of history, Château d'Yquem represents an absolute benchmark in the winemaking world. Management, passed over over time from the Sauvage family to the Lur Saluces, has been entrusted to Pierre Lurton since 2004, on behalf of the LVMH group, the majority shareholder since 1999. Located in Sauternes, in the heart of the Graves region southwest of Bordeaux, the château boasts 113 hectares of vineyards, 80% planted to Sémillon and the remaining 20% ​​to Sauvignon Blanc. The legendary wine that comes to life here is the fruit of meticulous, long, and patient labor.
